DroneAcharya, a dronetech company, has delayed its financial submission for the second half of FY25 to July 11 due to audit process delays caused by resource constraints and extended internal reviews. This is the second time the company has delayed its financial reporting, resulting in a fine last year. The delay comes amidst the halted merger with AITMC Ventures and a 42.7% drop in share value over the past year.
